Interactive Petrophysics (IP) 2025: Even More Enhanced, Resilient, and Future-Ready

At Geoactive, our commitment to excellence drives us to continuously innovate. With nearly 30 years of software development experience, we proudly present the latest version of Interactive Petrophysics (IP), featuring significant performance and user experience enhancements.

IP now includes NEW modules such as:

  • Advanced Mapping - Choose parameters in the 3D Parameter viewer, build well maps, integrate seismic surfaces and faults, add GIS shapefiles, and enhance spatial interpretations with zonal analysis and custom polygons.
  • Petrosys Exchange Module - Allows data exchange between IP and the Open Subsurface Data Universe (OSDU), currently supporting Amazon cloud instances with MS Azure testing in progress. It also facilitates data transfer between IP and various third-party Geoscience software packages.

User experience updates such as:

  • NEW 'Pin' buttons in Logplots, X-plots, and Histograms allow users to scroll through wells with plots updating automatically to reflect the current well, ensuring a consistent display format.
  • Curve Set Grouping enabling you to effortlessly organize similar datasets together.
  • Well Grouping for organizing datasets for a single well more effectively.
  • Flag Curve Controls where users can define colours of flag curves within a standalone log plot, independent of any module.

IP 2025 also features a multitude of enhancements to existing modules, including Geomechanics, Image Analysis, Mud Gas Analysis, Hydraulic Flow Units, and Saturation versus Height Curves.

Discover the improved, robust, and forward-thinking IP 2025, crafted to address the changing demands of subsurface analysis.
