Celebrating one year of Geoactive

The 1st of July 2023 marks one year since our new owners acquired us and we became Geoactive. Derek Crombie, Managing Director, reflects on everything we've achived over the last year. 

A look back over the last year

As we commemorate our first anniversary, I look back on the last year, which has been an extraordinary journey for our company, and want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude. This milestone wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering dedication and support of our incredible team, loyal customers, and valued stakeholders.

To my remarkable team, I want to extend my appreciation and thanks. Your commitment, hard work, and ingenuity have been inspiring. Through all the changes and challenges we faced as we evolved into our new business, you have knuckled down and kept the show on the road with relentless determination. Your support and belief in our vision has been the driving force behind our success.

I also want to express my sincere gratitude to our customers who have stuck with us throughout this transformative journey. Your trust, loyalty, and support have meant the world to us. We understand that change can be unsettling, and I am truly grateful for your patience and understanding as we embarked on this new chapter. Your feedback, encouragement, and continued patronage have guided us in refining our products and services.

To our stakeholders; Constellation Software, TSS and Vela, I want to convey my deepest appreciation for your absolute belief in our company. Your guidance, resources, and support have been instrumental in our growth and development. We are fortunate to have you by our side as we continue to shape the future of Geoactive.
